• Tax Exemption Certificate: To qualify for tax-exempt status, a valid, current copy of your tax exemption certificate must accompany the purchase order.
• Tax Application: All applicable sales taxes will be applied to the invoice without exception if a valid tax certificate is not provided.
• Shipping & Delivery: Standard shipping fees are based on 3–5 day delivery rates.
• Carrier Loss & Insurance Disclaimer: Criticare is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged by FedEx, UPS, or any other shipping carrier. Incoterms: FOB Origin
• Warranty Coverage: Equipment manufactured by Criticare includes a two-year standard warranty covering parts and labor, with the following exceptions:
• Blood Pressure Cuffs: 6 Months
• Payment Impact on Warranty: Warranty coverage will expire immediately if full payment is not received within the agreed Net 30 days payment terms.
• Quote Validity: Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Restocking Fee: Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
